Enemy of the Unseen (2007)
The early and perhaps false story, thanks to IMBD, goes that Seagal's character is sent in to recover a stolen Stealth Bomber (which means he must be military or at the very least sanctioned by the military). On top of that his 'trusty sidekick' and his wife/girlfriend (who I can only assume gets kidnapped at some point) fight the rebel forces of, I shit you not, 'Banansistan'.
